"all kickers, baby" (adam vinatieri's "fantasy team"...my fav commercial, because hello, it's all kickers!! and, he's high on my list since he won the super bowl last year. yeah for kickers!!)

so i went shopping today with the moms. always fun. i found a packers sweatshirt...rejoice!! i was a little scared to ask this guy since the store is freakin full of niner/raider gear. but the guy standing next to me also asked for one. yeah packers!!

i read this crazy stat in time magazine today. 2.5%: percentage of income in u.s. that goes to charitable giving today.
2.9%: percentage of income that went to charitable giving during the great depression. how sad is that? please, even if you have a little, it can mean so much to someone else. we are all so blessed that we have so much. time to share the wealth.

with that in mind, i'd like to share this with ya. i used this for a devo (short for devotional, sorry) once last year. i'm sure you've all seen it in an email at one point or another, but i'd like to share it with you again. "i am thankful for the wife who says it's hot dogs tonight because she is home with me. for the teenager who is complaining about doing the dishes, becuse that means she too is at home. for the taxes that i pay, because it means that i am employed. for the mess to clean after a party, because it means i have friends. for a lawn that needs mowing, windows that need cleaning, and gutters that need fixing, because it means that i have a home. for the lady behind me in chruch that sings off key, because it means i can hear. for the pile of laundry and ironing, because it means i have clothes to wear. for weariness and aching muscles at the end of the day, because it means i have been capable of working hard. for the alarm that goes off in the early morning hours, because it means that i am alive." it goes on and on, but i think you get the point. it's easy to get down on ourselves, but we need to remember how blessed we are.

okay, and this is just ridiculous. 40% of peeps sign their license saying they'll donate organs. boooooo!! if you haven't done it...thinking you'll do it later, please do it now!! and, out of this 40%, only 1 out of 100 can be used...

okay, i'm done preaching for tonight. i'm sorry. for this story, all i can say is, "waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa." i've seen worse games...on the account of the refs. shutup and stop being babies. it was retarded enough that the vikings came off the bench after the game to fight green bay. hello, can we say, "fine?" hahahahahahhahahahah

and, i came across the name, "nick harris" randomly today. yes, cal fans, you heard right! harris for heisman!! just read about the college stuff, amazing.

well, i need to go to bed, thanks for "listening" to me preach on tonight. love you all...
